This &...i have to eat gluten,dairy,sugar, soy free.<br />This "recipe" makes great salmon patties...<br />1 can salmon, drained<br />1 tbsp milled flaxseed mixed with 3-4 tbsp water. let it set for 30 minutes to become gooey.<br />finely chopped onion and bell pepper and garlic that has been lightly sauted in oil ( I can only use virgin pecan oil).
